Non member of IDA will have to pay at least one year Annual Membership Fees along admission charges (Rs.1770-) in addition to normal Registration Fees.
Early Bird Discount up to 31st Jan'2025 10% only for individuals
A 10% group discount is available for 8-10 persons, exclusively for online reservations.
Farmer/Student/Sr. Citizen need to produce a document to verify that they belong to particular category. Student will have to produce certificate from College/ID Cards while senior citizen may upload Aadhaar Card. Farmers need to upload Aadhaar Card with evidence from Coop Society or Company where they pour milk.
The accompanying spouse/Representatives of Exhibitors will not be entitled for Delegate kits. However, they will have entry to all seminar halls and enjoy foods offered to delegates.
Those who intend to register are advised to complete the registration formalities as early as possible.
Refund Policy: Cancellation before 20th Feb'2025- 50% Refund of Fees without GST. No refund after 20th Feb'2025.
